Guild progression Plans
This is just an overview of plans as the guild grows. (this will be edited as we get closer to new stages of growth)
Stage #1
For starters, the initial plan is to get 50 members. We are not selective as to what alliances are in the guild as long as we get the 50 member mark. Inactive members will not be kicked in this time up until we reach over 50+ members. For the new members which are new to the game, this means we get our guild store, and not much can be done until that time, so in our pre 50 time frame its about leveling your character, and getting all your crafting as high as possible.
The bank has been left open for all members to deposit and withdraw, this is just to ease the frustrations of members wanting something but having to wait till a banker, High Council, Vice or myself to withdraw it for you. So for this effort maybe dropping a coin or two in the guild bank is appreciated, this only stems us closer to the next stages of development which will be hiring a guild trader.
Future plans do include guild auctions and raffles. Also I am working on a plan that allows a weekly gold back system from guild bank back into members pockets based on a set % of each rank. At the beginning this gold return system will be very small and seem pointless, but as guild growth moves on and we constantly have a store and a guild trader, the numbers will eventually add up to be a good chunk of gold back in your pockets.
Now 50+ members have been achieved, the next step in our progression is to build a cabinet of loyal, active officers. An application process has been employed, this process will hopefully finalize without fault and the right decisions made on the first go. Once we establish a mentoring crew, we will then start our raffles and auctions to liven up the environment and moral of the guild to where we can do events weekly.
